ADHD ADD Children
Almost 10 percent of school aged children now carry a diagnosis of attention deficit disorder (ADD) also known as (ADHD).
Parents are concerned and they have a reason to be concerned. Children need to be active and they need to exercise. Children need to be on great diets as well.
Parents and children need to spend time together and learn to regulate their behaviors. A calm parent and a parent who can control anger shows this example to their child.
Behavioral plans and structure are also excellent for ADD and ADHD children.
If parents take the time early on to make behavioral changes the child and family will be in much better balance and harmony down the road.
