Teen Anger a Red Flag for Parents

Teen anger can be displayed in many ways. It may be expressed as resentment or hostility. Some Teenagers and adolescents may withdraw and avoid dealing with their anger. Some teenagers will act out and be extremely defiant.

Teen anger has a root in feelings. Adolescent anger may be displayed in: breaking the law, addictions, verbal abuse, violence, addictions, passive aggressive behavior and more. These emotions can destroy: family, friends, destroy school,  disrupt work, and impact your adolescents physical health.
The good element of anger is that it is a warning sign that a problem exists. This is an opportunity to motivate our children and resolve things that are not working in our child and families world. This is an opportunity for your teen to make positive life changing steps.
