Teen student bomb
A teen student with a 4.2 grade point average who earned an ROTC
scholarship to college will not be able to go and his scholarship has
been revoked due to unhealthy choices and his behavior.
The San Diego student was arrested after setting off 5 bottle bombs at
his school. No one was hurt, however, the potential for danger was
great.
