Here are some tips to improve cognition in adults and seniors.

Develop a new skill or a new hobby. It could be : playing an
instrument, a new card game, yoga etc.

Eat less red meat and more vegetables and fish.

Be productive…do not sit home and watch tv.

Exercise every day: walk, run, tennis, lift weights, hike, dance.
