It is very important that you take care of your self: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually so you can be strong and healthy and have a better chance of getting a new job.

Here are some tips:

Exercise 45-60 minutes per day ( walking, sports, dance)

Stop smoking and stop drinking alcohol.

Drink half your body weight in water each day at a minimum that is w/o excessive heat or exercise.

Get at least 8-10 hours of sleep per night.

Stay positive and chnage uhealthy thoughts to healthy thoughts.
