Change for New Year Resolutions
Change is a process whether it is cleaning a room, organizing, or
losing weight.
Change begins with the belief you can change and the desire to change.
Having hope and expecting change are the strongest components besides
taking action each day.
A great way to make change is to dedicate 5 minutes a day to the
desired change.
It can be exercising daily for five minutes. It can be cleaning a part
of a room each day for five minutes. Once you get motivated and going
you will build momentum and will reach your goal.
Schedule time for your goals daily and follow through w them. Post
them on a post it in your bathroom or wherever you will see it.
Rome was not built in a day and if you downsize your goals you will
feel that it is manageable and you will not be overwhelmed.
