Sleep stress

There are a variety of reasons one does not receive a good nights
sleep: stress, diet, anxiety, and more.

Here are a few tips to help you sleep:

Avoid alcohol

Avoid caffiene., soda, colas, nicotine

Exercise 3-4 hours before your regular bed time.

Keep a regular schedule for sleep and awakening.

Avoid naps in the day.
