Aunthentic True Self

It take a tremendous amount of energy and time to be dishonest.

We do ourselves a dis-service by comparing ourselves with others.
There will always be someone with more money, more "things". We must focus on our own inique gifts and nourish them.

We should acknowledge our strengths and acknowledge challenge areas in our life. We can choose to work on the challenged areas.

We must face the consequences of dishonesty and do our best to undo the damage.

We need to reflect on why we have chosen to be dishonest and look at the root of our lies.

When we do tell the truth we need to recognize and honor this trait.

Parents must lock up all weapons and guns in any extremely secure manner.

Schools must adopt a firm anti violence and anti bulling policy that teaches children respect with firm consequences. Violence and verbal abuse are NEVER ok.

Anger management and controlling behavior and emotions must start at home with parents otherwise: schools, society, etc will pay a horrible price like we have seen in numerous school shootings and deaths.
