There were six men over 65 including an 80 year old man that rode his
way to shore.

A seventy four year man admired the eighty year old man and body
suffers from age 12 to into their fortys admired the men who did not
let age prevent them from bodysurfing.

The ocean to many helps change ones attitude toward life. Being in the
moment and being one with nature is vital for health. Going with the
flow if life is important similar to riding the ocean waves.
