Obesity and being overweight are highly correlated with the amount of in activity per day plus what you eat and put into your mouth. A recent study states children and teens are spending to much time playing video games and not enough time exercising. Children and adolescent teens must learn that exercise daily is essential for health. Eating a balanced diet of fruits and vegetables, reducing unnatural additives and sugars. Many children and teens drink a 44ounce soda daily and eat fast food without daily exercise.

Girls, boys, teenagers, adolescents and adults need to limit their instant daily gratification of: fatty foods, sugary unnatural foods, and must invest time daily on vigorous exercise.
