Children and teen obesity is at 20 percent in the United States. An
alarming 32 percent of children and teens are overweight.

There are many things contributing to obesity: inactivity( watching tv
and playing video games and Internet).

No balance in diet…..eating to many items filled with sugar and
fructose.. yo much fast food.. To much soda….

Exercise is not focused on in society……

We need to eat less and exercise more… We can lose weight if we
decide we want to… Yes it takes work but your health and self esteem
will well be worth it.
