<p>There is a trong connection between depression and not receiving enough sleep. Teens should get a minimum of 9 hours of sleep. Children need at least 11 hrs of sleep.
<p>It is important to discuss health and why sleep is essential with your child and adolescent.
<p>Parents need to set limits with: cell phones, computers, and Tvs so children and teens can get enough sleep to do well in school and maintain a balanced mood.</p>
