Arizona Sports Hero and Role model

Monday, February 1st, 2010

Kurt Warner is a great hero. I enjoyed watching him win games for the
Cardinals and watched him perform better than a 23 year old man.

Warner is a humble man that is not often portrayed in sports. Kurt is
a man who believes in god. He counts his blessings and has an attitude
of gratitude. Kurt believes in his family and children.

Kurt Warner believes in giving back to the world with his time and his
money.
He gives with joy and passion just like he gave to football.

Greed is a theme in society that is ugly and it is pervasive in Pro
Sports.

Warner is a team player a humble man who children and teens can
admire. Kurt perservered when he was told he was not good enough and
proved the experts could not measure a mans heart and spirit.

Kurt Warner is the reason millions watched and enjoyed the Az Cardinals.
He will be missed because he was the glue that held the Az Cardinals
together but more for his humanity , heart, soul, passion, grace, and
behavior off the field.

Sports Mental Victory Teens starts with picture in mind

Friday, August 8th, 2008

Olympic Teen Archer Brad Ellison has been practicing in his mind for the 2008 olympics.

He is practicing imagery of him winning the gold and feeling like he won the gold medal already with visual pictures in his mind.

"Your brain can not tell the difference between something you imagine in your mind versus any event that actually happens." states olympic gold shooting medalist Lanny Basham.

Visualization and imagery are huge componennts for peak mental performance in sports.
