Bullying is abuse and has caused numerous children in the USA to be depressed, as well as to self harm and
commit suicide .

Online bullying is increasing and recently a 12 year old girl was bullied by fifteen girls .

Police report the girl was terrorized by these other girls and she was not attacking them back in the computer or on her cell phone .
